What counts as a location?
One fitness room or gym, whatever its size. An apartment community with one gym is one location.
Do members need an app?
No. They scan the sticker with their phone camera. No download or sign-in.
What happens to members' phone numbers?
We keep a number only until the machine is fixed, then delete it. Members never get marketing from us.
Our machines already have manufacturer QR codes. Why add yours?
Manufacturer codes show generic videos for that model. FloorTally's sticker knows which machine it is in your gym, lets members report problems, shows live status, and gives you the data.
Can we cancel?
Anytime. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month, and you can download all your data.
